Which Apple devices are supported and what are the technical requirements for the app?

You can download and use the app on iPhones with A12 (or newer) processors.

To use the app to its full extent, your device needs an active internet connection to download content (explorations & 3D models).

Where is my progress data stored?

When you answer a quiz, your progress is stored anonymously on your local device (where the app is installed).

We have no interest in storing your quiz/progress data.


How can I delete downloaded content and answered quiz data?

Navigate to the settings. There you can delete (reset) all data that the app has downloaded or that you have generated yourself.

Which languages are supported?

The app supports English and German. If your device is set to another language, the app will start in English.

Please note that there is a distinction between "App language" and "Exploration language".


What is the "App Language"?

This is the default language of the app. Navigation menus, buttons, and other built-in UI elements are displayed in the "App Language".

What is the "Exploration Language"?

The "Lernen mit AR" app offers explorations in multiple languages, allowing you to access content in different languages.

The "Exploration Language" refers to the content (title, description, quiz, 3D model metadata) included in an exploration.


"The 3D models are not displayed."

Please check the app settings.

Navigate to: System Settings -> Apps -> Lernen mit AR -> Camera

Make sure the app has permission to access the device's camera.

To open 3D models in AR mode, the app needs access to the device's camera.
