These terms and conditions apply to the use of the “Lernen mit AR” app.
1.1 The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply between you as the user (“you”) of our app Lernen mit AR (“Lernen mit AR App”) and Gellert Gintli (“we”, “us”, “developer”).
1.2 We have developed the Lernen mit AR App as a software application.
1.3 You accept these Terms by using the Lernen mit AR App.
1.4 Your own terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these Terms are expressly not accepted by us, unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
1.5 Our terms and conditions apply to all versions of the Lernen mit AR App.

2.6 The use of the app is free of charge, but costs for the internet connection may be incurred, which are charged by your mobile or internet service provider.
2.7 The app may be available in different languages, depending on your device settings.
3.1 The app and its content are provided free of charge. Use is at your own risk. There is no entitlement to permanent availability or error-free operation.
3.2 By downloading the Lernen mit AR app from the App Store, you receive a personal, limited, simple, non-transferable license to install and use the Lernen mit AR app on your mobile devices in accordance with the contract. All other usage rights remain reserved.
3.3 All content (e.g., texts, 3D models, graphics, data) is protected by copyright. Any use beyond the intended purpose, especially reproduction, distribution, or commercial use, is not permitted without the express consent of the developer.
4.1 No liability is assumed for damages arising from the use of the app or the website, to the extent permitted by law. Despite careful review, technical errors or content inaccuracies cannot be ruled out.
5.1 The operator reserves the right to change the app, content, or these terms at any time and without prior notice.
5.2 We reserve the right to change, expand, or restrict the app and its content at any time. This may also include the removal of content or features.
5.3 We will inform you about significant changes to the app or content, if technically possible.
5.4 Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
5.5 We are not obliged to keep the app or its content up to date or to provide you with new versions.
5.6 We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time or to restrict access to certain content.
5.7 We are not responsible for content provided by third parties and accept no liability for its accuracy or completeness.
5.8 We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of third-party content accessible via the app.
5.9 We are not responsible for the availability of third-party content accessible via the app.
5.10 We are not responsible for damages resulting from technical malfunctions or failures of the app.
5.11 We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of third-party content accessible via the app.
6.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (CISG) does not apply.
6.2 For all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the court responsible for the developer's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
